Every Spring, the entire Wellington community, including students, staff and parents, collaborates to present the culmination of months of hard work. Through practice, preparation for and presentation of these dazzling productions, Wellington students grow in character, in confidence and in creativity.
Students perform before (and they often astound) hundreds of friends, family and community members during two evening performances. The shows are held on the main stage of the Whidbey Island Center for the Arts in Langley.
The play fosters community and teamwork for all participants, and over many years, it has become a beloved pillar of the Wellington student experience. Performances in the recent past have included Beauty and the Beast and an original production, Circus Bezerkus.
This May, Wellington students will perform in Grease.
