Wellington Day School

Our faculty and staff consists of eight skilled and uniquely gifted educators unified by their love for children and a mutual alignment with the mission of Wellington Day School.

Our teachers are committed to know, to notice and to advocate for their students. They work closely with parents and with one another to facilitate positive character development and sustained academic success for every child.

Wellington teachers are role models who treat their students with kindness, respect and love. They encourage and expect their students to adhere to the Student Code of Conduct. When necessary, our teachers employ positive discipline, based on an understanding of a child's individual stage of development, purposed to help him or her develop inner control and respect for others.
